"Very pleased with the quality and durability of my many ELEY products, including the unbeatable hose reel, several quick connect sets, ball valve, hose guides and several ground stakes, and the pro spray nozzle set. When the ball valve bail handle broke recently after 3 years of extensive use ELEY promptly sent out a replacement handle. I also had an older style spray nozzle that failed and ELEY replaced it with the newer more durable all metal design. So I’m very happy with the products and the superb customer service. Basically, they make good on their good stuff."

Could not have asked for better service
"Purchased 2 of these beautiful high end hose reels last year. First time on this season the goose neck connection leaked. I called ELEY and the nice gentleman said they would send a new one out to me at no cost. Two days later it arrived and I installed it with no issues. Could not have asked for better service! Arrived two days later
"Had a drip in the wall mount reel and since it was under warranty, ELEY FedExed it to me. Arrived two days later. These are expensive hose reels, but at least they have the service to back it up. The person I spoke with on phone was most personable. As a side note, my wife was aghast that I spent this much for a hose reel. Until she used it and saw the light!"
