We get it. There's nothing wrong with wanting to buy a quality product for the best price possible. However, when it comes to our pricing, we're also firm believers in two age-old adages: 1) You get what you pay for, and 2) Keep it simple. Our long-standing policy is to stay away from all discounts including common ones such as senior citizen, large order, repeat customer, military, etc. We sell our commercial-grade products at reasonable prices, and everyone pays the same. Sales Tax Policy
We comply with the sales tax laws of each state. Currently, we charge sales tax in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
If you believe you are tax exempt and would like to apply for a tax-exempt account, please see the next Q&A.
If you are tax-exempt and can provide us with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate, you can request a sales tax-exempt account with ELEY® using the link below. Upon approval of your tax-exempt status, (usually on the same or next business day), you'll receive an email verifying your new account. You will then be able to submit your tax-exempt orders via email. At this time, our website does not accept tax-exempt orders.
Shipping and Distribution
Who Sells Our Products
ELEY® products are sold consumer-direct from this corporate website. We do not offer a wholesale program, and therefore ELEY® products are not available through traditional local or online retailers. However, virtually any business or online influencer can earn commissions by referring prospective customers to this website through our Affiliate Program.
Where We Ship To
Currently, ELEY® products are only sold in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Destinations in the 48 contiguous states are typically shipped via UPS, with the other locations by USPS. We neither sell nor ship to international destinations, including Canada. Unfortunately, complicated and problematic government requirements prevent easy cross-border shipping. We don't see a resolution to this any time soon. For complete details, visit our SHIPPING page.
Speed of Delivery
We ship Monday through Friday and if placed by 2:30 PM (your local time), orders typically ship the same day. With two strategically located warehouses, we're able to deliver to 95% of all addresses in the 48 states in just one or two days, (click on map to enlarge). Checkout and Placing An Order
Can I order by phone instead of online?
Because of security, fewer mistakes, and convenience, we strongly encourage customers to place orders on this website instead of by phone. However, if you still prefer to order by phone, we'd be more than happy to assist during our regular business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
I'm having trouble checking out of your shopping cart.
If you did not see a Thank You page, then your order was not successfully submitted. Most checkout issues have to do with the credit card information entered. Here's a checklist and then try it again:
- Keystroke Error. The most common issue encountered is simply entering the credit card information incorrectly. Slow down and give it another try.
- Duplicate entry. You will usually get this error message if you made a mistake entering your card information on the first attempt and then attempted a second attempt took quickly. Many credit card processing services have a time delay before a second attempt can be made. Wait a good 60 seconds and then make another attempt.
- Mismatch Billing Address. Make sure the billing address and zip code associated with your credit card match the billing information entered on the order.

Can I use a credit card gift card along with my regular credit card to make a purchase?
Unfortunately, our website cannot process two cards for a single order. However, there is another method of accomplishing the same thing. Use your existing Gift Card to purchase an ELEY® Gift Card from this website. Once you receive your ELEY® Gift Card & Code, (which can take up to 24 hours to process), then return to this website and simply enter the ELEY® Gift Card Code at checkout. You can then complete checkout by paying for the remaining balance with your regular credit card.

Do I need to create an account to place an order on this website?
No. You can checkout as a guest.
Is an account created for me even if I check out as a guest?
Not on this website, but one is created on our internal ERP platform so that we can process the order.
How do I Change My Account Password?

How do I Change My Account Email Address?
