48 Contiguous States

With two strategically located warehouses, shipments from ELEY will arrive at most locations within the 48 contiguous states, in just 1 to 3 days. Refer to the Transit Map below to determine the number of transit days to your destination. Do not count the day the package ships or holidays.

The Knoxville, TN warehouse:

• Ships 7 days per week, via UPS, FedEx or USPS. 

The Reno, NV warehouse: 

• Ships Monday thru Friday, via FedEx Ground Delivery. 
• Late-afternoon Friday and weekend orders will ship on Monday.

 Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands & APO/FPO

• Shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
• No free shipping on orders of any size.  Standard shipping rates apply. 
• Transit time can take from 7 to 10 days. 

Canada

At this time, ELEY neither sells nor ships into Canada, nor do we have any distribution outlets in Canada.  Unfortunately, complicated and problematic government requirements prevent easy cross-border shipping. We don't see a resolution to this any time soon. Currently, the only way to get ELEY products into Canada is to buy them online with a USA shipping address, near the border, where it can be retrieved and transferred across the border by the buyer.

Other Countries

At this time, ELEY does not ship to any international destinations, nor do we have any distribution outside the United States.
