Celebrate America's 250th Sweepstakes Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Celebrate America's 250th with ELEY Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

1. Sponsor 

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Eley Corporation ("Sponsor" or "ELEY"), PO Box 60240, Reno, NV 89506-0004. Questions regarding the Sweepstakes may be sent to contact@eleyhosereels.com.

2. Sweepstakes Period 

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, June 18, 2026, and ends on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible. 

3. Eligibility 

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, and directors of ELEY Corporation; members of the Eley family; contractors, agencies, and service providers directly involved in the development, administration, advertising, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes; and the immediate family members and household members of each. For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family member" means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the respective spouse of each, regardless of where they reside. "Household member" means any person who shares the same residence with an excluded person. 

Sponsor may verify eligibility before awarding a prize. 

4. How to Enter 

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.eleyhosereels.com/pages/celebrate-americas-250th-sweepstakes and complete and submit the official online entry form.

By submitting the official online entry form, each entrant: 

Agreement to receive ELEY marketing emails is required to submit an entry and is part of the online entry process. Once an otherwise valid entry is submitted, the entry remains eligible even if the entrant later unsubscribes from ELEY marketing emails. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in ELEY marketing messages.

Existing ELEY customers and existing ELEY email subscribers are not automatically entered. Existing subscribers must also complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Period to participate.

SMS subscription is not required and is not included as part of the Sweepstakes entry process. Entrants may optionally provide a phone number for prize-administration purposes only, such as assistance with winner notification, verification, or prize fulfillment. Providing a phone number is not required to enter and will not increase the chances of winning. Any phone number provided will not be used for SMS marketing.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same person or email address will not increase the chances of winning. If more than one entry is received from the same person or email address, only the first eligible entry may be included in the drawing, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entries submitted through automated means, scripts, bots, or other fraudulent methods may be disqualified. A purchase is not required and will not increase the chances of winning.

5. Entry Integrity and Disqualification 

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor reasonably determines: 

Sponsor may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and enforce these Official Rules. 

6. Prizes 

The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is $1,091.26. Approximate retail values stated above apply to the advertised physical prizes. Verified winners may alternatively elect to receive the lower-value digital ELEY gift-card alternative described in Section 7.

Winning a prize does not entitle a winner to a refund, credit, price adjustment, reimbursement, exchange, or other compensation for any prior purchase of the same or similar ELEY product. Any prior purchase remains subject to ELEY’s standard return policy and other applicable terms in effect at the time of purchase.

7. Digital ELEY Gift-Card Alternative

The digital ELEY gift-card alternative has a lower value than the advertised approximate retail value of the applicable physical prize. If a winner elects to receive the digital ELEY gift-card alternative, the winner will not receive the physical prize and will not receive the difference in value between the physical prize and the digital ELEY gift card in cash, credit, merchandise, or any other form.

Digital ELEY gift cards awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes are promotional prize gift cards. Digital ELEY gift cards are redeemable only on the official ELEY online store at www.eleyhosereels.com for eligible available items sold through the ELEY online store. A physical plastic gift card will not be sent or provided.

Digital ELEY gift cards will be delivered electronically to the verified email address used to enter the Sweepstakes, unless Sponsor approves a different delivery email after identity verification.

Digital ELEY gift cards have no expiration date and are not subject to inactivity fees. Digital ELEY gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Digital ELEY gift cards are subject to ELEY’s standard gift-card terms and conditions and any additional lawful terms disclosed at issuance or redemption.

Prize election is final once confirmed by Sponsor. A winner may not divide a prize between the physical prize and the digital ELEY gift-card alternative, may not combine the digital ELEY gift-card alternative with the physical prize, and may not request a different product, cash payment, or other substitution.

If a verified winner does not make a prize election by the deadline or in the manner specified by Sponsor, Sponsor may award the applicable physical prize described in Section 6.

8. Random Drawing and Odds 

On or about Sunday, July 5, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a computer-generated random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be selected in this order: (1) Grand Prize winner; (2) Second Prize winner; and (3) Third Prize winner. After a winner is selected, that person will be removed from the remaining drawings. One person may receive no more than one prize. 

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected in the applicable random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor may select alternate winners in the event that a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules. 

9. Potential Winner Notification 

Each selected entrant is a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will notify each potential winner using the email address submitted on the official Sweepstakes entry form. 

Entrants are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address, monitoring their inbox after the drawing date, and checking spam, junk, and promotional folders. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor sends the initial notification email. 

Sponsor may send reminder emails. If an entrant voluntarily provided a phone number on the official entry form, Sponsor may use that phone number only for prize-administration purposes, such as assistance with winner notification, eligibility verification, or prize fulfillment. Sponsor may also ask a potential winner to provide or confirm a telephone number after selection for administrative, verification, and prize-fulfillment purposes. Phone numbers will not be used for SMS marketing.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, does not provide required verification information, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 

10. Winner Verification, Releases, and Public Announcement 

Before receiving a prize, each potential winner may be required to: 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize authorizes Sponsor to announce and publish the verified winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, and prize tier, including on Sponsor’s website, social-media channels, email communications, and winner-list materials, for purposes of identifying the Sweepstakes winners and promoting the results of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may request separate written permission before using a winner’s likeness, photograph, testimonial, full name, quote, video, or other additional identifying information for promotional purposes.

11. Taxes and Other Costs 

Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance, redemption, or use of a prize or digital ELEY gift-card alternative that are not expressly included in the applicable prize description. Sponsor may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to comply with tax-reporting or other legal requirements. Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Winners should consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax consequences of accepting a prize. 

12. Prize Delivery 

Physical prizes will be shipped only to a valid street address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Physical prizes will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Digital ELEY gift cards will be delivered electronically to the verified winner’s email address in accordance with Section 7. A physical plastic gift card will not be sent or provided.

Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate mailing addresses, incorrect email addresses, undeliverable messages, delayed deliveries outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, or a winner’s failure to receive, open, save, redeem, or use a digital ELEY gift card after it has been delivered to the verified email address, except where required by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, accessed, or used digital gift-card codes after delivery to the verified email address, except where required by law.

13. Privacy and Email Communications 

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with ELEY's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.eleyhosereels.com/pages/privacy-policy. 

Information may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, notify potential winners, fulfill prizes, maintain required records, and send ELEY marketing emails in accordance with the entrant's required subscription and applicable law. Entrants may unsubscribe from ELEY marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after entry will not affect an otherwise valid entry, eligibility, odds of winning, or prize award. If an entrant voluntarily provides a phone number, that phone number may be used only for prize-administration purposes and will not be used for SMS marketing.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, agencies, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, redemption, or use of a prize; technical errors; lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or corrupted entries; unauthorized human intervention; printing, typographical, administrative, or technical errors; or matters outside Sponsor's reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be limited or waived. 

15. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation 

Sponsor may modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, security incidents, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is modified, suspended, terminated, or canceled, Sponsor may award the prizes from among eligible entries received before the action was taken, if feasible and permitted by law. 

16. Governing Law and Disputes 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Nevada, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

17. Winners List 

To request a list of verified winners, email contact@eleyhosereels.com with the subject line "ELEY 250th Sweepstakes Winners List Request." Requests must be received by August 31, 2026. The winners list may identify each verified winner by first name, last initial, city, state, and prize tier. Sponsor will retain the winners list for at least one (1) year and may retain other Sweepstakes administration records for a longer period as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, compliance, and business purposes.
