Shipping Policy

General Guidelines

  • Free Shipping - Purchase $75 worth of product and receive free shipping to any physical address (no PO boxes) within the lower 48 states. 
  • Regular Shipping Rates - Regular carrier rates apply for orders under $75.  
  • Delivery Carrier - The carrier may be UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the product ordered, the destination, and the shipping costs.  We do not offer customer selection of a preferred carrier.  
  • Expedited Delivery Service - ELEY ships all orders by standard ground service. We do not offer expedited, priority, overnight, or rush shipping for in-stock, backordered, or carrier-lost deliveries.  
  • APO & FPO Addresses - ELEY does not ship to any APO or FPO military addresses. 
  • Local Pickup - Our fulfillment centers in Utah and Tennessee are not equipped to process local customer pickup. 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI & US territories

Due to the distance and additional shipping costs for these destinations, free shipping and free returns are not available. Standard carrier shipping rates apply and will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.  Transit times to these locations will typically exceed 4 days.  Carrier tracking numbers will be provided with ship confirmation notifications.   

Canada & International 

ELEY currently sells and ships only within the United States and does not ship to international destinations, including Canada. We do not have distribution outlets in these regions, and none are planned in the near future.

We can ship orders to export locations within the lower 48 states; however, ELEY’s involvement ends once the order is delivered to that U.S. location. We do not arrange or manage international carriers, cross-border shipments, customs documentation, duties, taxes, or related export requirements.

For customers in Canada, the only current option is to place an order through this website using a U.S. shipping address near the border, where the order can be picked up by the buyer.

Transit Times - Lower 48 States

  • With two strategically located warehouses, shipments from ELEY will usually arrive at most locations within the lower 48 states in just 1 to 3 days. 
  • Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. 
  • Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will ship on Monday. 
  • Refer to the UPS transit map below to determine the estimated number of transit days to your destination.  Do not count the day the package ships or holidays.

Possibility of Delayed Delivery

The 1 to 3 days delivery time is not guaranteed, and there is always the possibility of delays due to a number of factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to: 

    • Issues with the carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx, USPS) 
    • Extraordinary demand rapidly depleting inventory
    • Supplier issues affecting production and inventory
