Shipping

  • Purchase just $75 and get Free Shipping to any physical address (no PO boxes) within the lower 48 states. 
  • For orders less than $75, regular UPS rates will apply.  
  • Alaska & Hawaii - Due to the distance to these states and associated costs, no free shipping is offered on orders of any size.  Standard USPS shipping rates apply. 
  • APO & FPO Military Addresses - We don't ship to APO or FPO military addresses.  
  • Canada, US Territories, and International Addresses - We don't ship to any of these locations. See details below. 

Transit Times - USA

With two strategically located warehouses, shipments from ELEY will arrive at most locations within the lower 48 states in just 1 to 3 days.  Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS and take 4 or more days.  Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will ship on Monday.  Refer to the UPS transit map below to determine the estimated number of transit days to your destination.  Do not count the day the package ships or holidays.

Canada & US Territories such as PR, USVI & Guam

    Currently, ELEY neither sells nor ships to these locations, nor do we have any distribution outlets in these regions. Complicated and problematic government requirements prevent easy shipping to these locations, and we don't see a resolution to this any time soon. Regarding Canada, the only way to obtain ELEY products or parts is to purchase them online with a USA shipping address near the border, where the buyer can pick them up.

      International

        At this time, ELEY does not ship to international destinations or have any distribution outside the United States. We will ship to any destination within the 48 states via UPS. Our involvement ends there. We don't get involved with international carriers, shipments, or documentation.
