If any of our products fail to meet your quality or performance expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a refund. There will absolutely be no hidden charges or restocking fees. That's the ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee.
The ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy is designed to make sure that you are satisfied with the quality and performance of our products. Returned items must meet the following criteria:
Return Guidelines
- 30-day time period starts on the purchase date, not the ship or delivery date.
- Any item that has been damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error could be subject to a partial refund.
- Hose reel components that are not used in your particular application, (i.e., inlet hose, cart bumper, etc.), cannot be returned for credit or exchanges.
- ELEY does not refund initial shipping or handling charges.
- Purchases made during a sale will be refunded the purchased sale price.
- Products comprising a bundle are often sold at a discounted price, or greater sale price. If one of the products from a bundled purchase is returned, the difference between the non-bundled price and the bundled price will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Instructions
- Submit a return request by visiting our 24/7 Online Help Desk.
- A return label (or labels) will be emailed to you.
- Re-box the item(s) to be returned. Items must be packaged in accordance with UPS guidelines, preferably in the original ELEY packaging.
- Affix the label(s) to the package(s) and drop off at the appropriate service center for the carrier indicated on the return label.
- NOTE: For multi-package returns that require more than one label, EVERY label MUST be used in order for the full refund to be properly processed.
After You Drop Off Your Return
- Allow 3 to 7 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Processing Facility, depending on your location, weather conditions, and seasonal fluctuations.
- Allow 1 to 7 days for the returned merchandise to be processed. We typically try to process returns within a day or two, but this can get pushed out during peak season and other busy sales cycles, such as post-Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
- We will conduct an inspection to ensure the condition and return guidelines have been met and to verify the proper ELEY products and quantities were returned. Surprisingly, sometimes non-ELEY products are sent to us as returns.
- Once the return has passed the inspection process, a credit memo will be created and emailed to you.
- Allow 3 to 5 days for the refund of the purchase price (less shipping) to be applied to the form of payment you used at checkout.
- If the product has not arrived at the return location within 45 days after the return label(s) was issued, the return will be closed, and no refund issued.
So, the total time for the refund to be applied to your form of payment from the day you drop the return off can range from one to three weeks, depending on your location, weather conditions, and the volume of packages that need to be processed.
