    Take 30 days to put us to the test.  We'll take it back if you change your mind.

    We're so confident you'll be delighted with ELEY products that we're giving you a full month to make sure. If any of our products fail to meet your quality or performance expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a refund. There will absolutely be no hidden charges or restocking fees. That's the ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee. 

    The ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy is designed to make sure that you are satisfied with the quality and performance of our products. Returned items must meet the following criteria:

    Return Guidelines

    • Custom-length polyurethane garden hose is not returnable.
    • Items must have been purchased directly from ELEY. Purchases from other retailers need to be returned to them.
    • Hose reel components that are not used in your particular application, (i.e. inlet hose, cart bumper, etc.), cannot be returned for credit or exchanges. 
    • ELEY does not refund initial shipping or handling charges.
    • Items must be packaged in accordance with UPS guidelines, preferably in the original ELEY packaging.
    • Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, ELEY will conduct an inspection to ensure above guidelines are met. Any item that has been damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error could be subject to a partial refund.
    • Once the returned item has been inspected and processed, a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
    • If the product has not arrived at the return location within 45 days after the Return Authorization was issued, the returns order will be closed and no refund issued.  

    Return Instructions

      1. Initiate a Return Request.
      2. A return label will be emailed to you.  
      3. Re-box the item(s) to be returned.
      4. Affix the label to the package(s) and drop off at the appropriate UPS or USPS service center.
