If you're not satisfied with your ELEY purchase, most products may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are returned in good condition with all included parts and components.

Return Guidelines
Products may not qualify for full refund if they:
- are missing parts, hardware, or components
- are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or freezing
- show excessive wear or abuse
- are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date
Additional return considerations:
- Sale items are refunded at the purchase price paid at checkout.
- Products purchased as part of a bundle may receive an adjusted refund amount if only part of the bundle is returned.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
- Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. territories are responsible for return shipping costs and return labels.
- Unused hose reel components not needed for your particular installation or application (such as inlet hoses, cart bumpers, or similar parts) are not eligible for return credit or exchange.
We understand customers may lightly use or test products during the evaluation period. Returns are accepted as long as products remain in good working condition and meet the guidelines above.
How to Start a Return

Submit a return request through our 24/7 Help Desk.

Once approved, ELEY will email your prepaid return shipping label(s).

Securely package the item(s), attach the return label, and drop the package off with the designated shipping carrier.
Important:
If you ship a return without first receiving an approved ELEY return label, shipping costs may not be reimbursed. For multi-package returns, all provided return labels must be used for proper refund processing.
Return Processing & Refund Timing
Most returns arrive at our Returns Processing Facility within 3–7 business days depending on location, weather, and seasonal carrier delays.
Once received, returns are inspected to verify product condition, completeness, and returned quantities. Most returns are processed within 1–7 business days after arrival, though processing may take longer during peak seasons or major sales events.
Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days after processing is complete. Most customers receive refunds within approximately 1–3 weeks from the date the return shipment is dropped off with the carrier.
If a provided return shipping label is not used within 45 days, the return request may be closed and the refund offer voided.
ELEY is not responsible for:
- unauthorized returns
- freight collect shipments
- products damaged during improper return packaging
