    We're so confident you'll be delighted with ELEY products that we're giving you a full month to make sure. If any of our products fail to meet your quality or performance expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a refund. There will absolutely be no hidden charges or restocking fees. That's the ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee. 

    NOTE: The one exception is Custom-Cut Hoses.  There is no returns on custom-made hoses so be confident of the length you want us to cut before you submit your order.  Remember, "Measure Twice and Cut Once."

    Guidelines and Return Instructions

    The ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy is designed to make sure that you are satisfied with the quality and performance of our products. Returned items must meet the following criteria:

    • Custom-length polyurethane garden hose is not returnable.
    • Items must have been purchased directly from ELEY. Purchases from other retailers need to be returned to them.
    • Hose reel components that are not used in your particular application, (i.e. inlet hose, cart bumper, etc.), cannot be returned for credit or exchanges. 
    • ELEY does not refund initial shipping or handling charges.
    • Items must be packaged in accordance with FedEx guidelines, preferably in the original ELEY packaging.
    • Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. 
    • Using the email link below, contact ELEY within 30 days of invoice date to request a Return Goods Request Number (RGR#).
    • Along with your RGR number, Customer Support will provide you with the address to the nearest ELEY warehouse location to send the package(s) to.
    • You'll need to re-package the merchandise, write the RGR number on the exterior of the package(s), address it to the ELEY warehouse location provided, and deliver it to the courier service of your choice (FedEx, UPS or USPS).
    • Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, ELEY will conduct an inspection to ensure above guidelines are met. Any item that has been damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error could be subject to a partial refund.
    • Once the returned item has been inspected and processed, a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
    • ELEY will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the return has been processed.
    • You'll want to return the product promptly.  If the product has not arrived at the return location within 45 days after the RGR was issued, the returns order will be closed and no refund issued.
