If you just entered an order and need to:
- Modify an address
- Add or remove items
- Cancel the order
...then please use the form below to notify us. Your submitted form will be flagged at the highest priority and will get immediate attention during our regular business hours (M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM, CST).
ADDING TO AN ORDER: Unfortunately, we cannot add to your order since your credit card approved the amount of the original order, and we are unable to charge the card for a greater amount. At this point, you have two options:
- If what you want to add is MORE than $75, then simply place a new order as it will ship free anyway.
- If what you want to add is LESS than $75, and you want to avoid shipping charges, then we can cancel your order (if it hasn't already shipped) and you can simply place a new order with all the items you want.
NOTE! We process orders very quickly, and if your order has already shipped, then our options become limited. We will reply to your email promptly to let you know the status of your request.
