"I have had a wall mounted hose reel for over 20 years now, and it has always reeled and re-reeled without a hitch. None of that crappy plastic box box store stuff if in an be so expressive...! I gave a friend of mine a gift certificate and he is happy with the product. He said that it has a brake, which mine did/does not. That’s a great idea, and I’m sorry I don’t have it. This is truly a great product. Made in the USA - how great is that! Congratulations. We should be buying these products even if we are paying a little more. The on-line ordering process is not completely clear. I had to eventually call and get confirmation that I was doing the right thing. The super-helpful gentleman finished the process for me. I gave him my suggestions and hopefully they get incorporated. That’s what happened when these websites are designed by people who know what the process is but forget that most customers come there once or maybe twice... but kudos to and for the product!"
