You've made a smart investment by purchasing an ELEY garden hose reel and, hopefully, one of our extreme-duty polyurethane garden hoses. Now extend their life and appearance with this premium-quality hose reel cover. This durable cover will protect the reel's garden hose and spool from the harmful effects of the sun's UV rays and inclement weather. These covers fit all ELEY models and are backed by our industry-leading No-Fail Guarantee & Warranty.
The heavyweight fabric (600 Denier) of our durable polyester covers can take a real beating while protecting your hose and reel. It is 100% solution-dyed, which means the color, UV inhibitors, and stabilizers go through the fabric: it's not just a topcoat. However, very few things are entirely immune from the relentless effects of the sun's UV rays, and some color fading is possible with long-term exposure.
A polyurethane coating is added to the inside of the fabric to provide additional toughness, increase water and mildew resistance, and prevent the fabric from rubbing on the reel's paint. Our heavy-duty zipper features oversized, abrasion-resistant teeth and a metal, jam-free slider.

It's highly unlikely that our covers, which were designed specifically for the two sizes of ELEY hose reels, will work on any other brand. Unfortunately, very few things are entirely immune from the relentless fading effects of the sun's UV rays, and some color fading is possible with long-term exposure. Fading does not diminish the cover's ability to provide protection to the reel and the hose and is specifically excluded from coverage under our warranty policy, as item #7 under the warranty's exclusions.

"We purchased our initial Eley Garden Hose and cover > than 10 years ago. When we ordered the replacement part to correct a leaking connector, we decided to order a new cover. I believe I prefer the light colored old cover (vs) the black replacement cover that protects our hose. the black cover will continue to protect our Eley hose, but will retain the heat more readily. The replacement part did fix the leaking connector on the reel."
