MISSING A PACKAGE?
Please keep in mind that orders with multiple packages might ship from both our warehouses (Reno, NV and Nashville, TN) depending on inventory. As such, all your packages may not show up at the same time or on the same day.
TRACK A PACKAGE
Orders will typically ship the same or the next business day. Late Friday and weekend orders typically ship on Monday. Once it ships you will receive a ship notification email in your inbox either that day or the next. Please follow the steps below to locate your tracking number(s) and expected delivery dates.
STEP 1 - Locate your Shipping Notification email and open the attached PDF file. If you can't find it in your inbox, be sure to check your JUNK and SPAM folders too. If you still can't find your ship notification please send us an email at CustomerService@EleyCorp.com, and we'll resend it to you.
STEP 2 - Locate the tracking numbers on the PDF and click on them to open the carrier's website to view the delivery status of your package(s). Most packages are shipped via FedEx, however a few smaller packages may ship via USPS. Keep in mind that packages may ship from each each of our two warehouses, so all packages may not show up at the same time or on the same day.
STEP 3 - View the tracking information on the FedEx website. You can also expand the Travel History tab to see where the package currently is on its route to you.
