Need to track your order or missing a package?
Most ELEY orders ship within 1 business day from our U.S. warehouses. You can check your tracking details instantly below.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If your tracking says “Label Created,” your package is on its way to the carrier.
Why your order may arrive in multiple packages
If you ordered more than one item (especially larger items), your order may ship in multiple boxes—sometimes from different warehouses (Salt Lake City, UT and Knoxville, TN), depending on inventory.
That means packages may arrive on different days and may show separate tracking numbers.
When we ship
Orders typically ship the same or next business day.
Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend typically ship on Monday.
Tip: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking details.
Can’t find your shipping confirmation email?
Before assuming it didn’t send, try this:

Check your spam/junk folder (and “Promotions” in Gmail).

Search your inbox for: “ELEY” or “Shipping Confirmation”

Make sure you’re checking the email address used at checkout.
