Unless some products on your order are currently back-ordered, then you should expect to see a Ship Notification email in the shortly. It is rare that ELEY has back-ordered product, but if we do, it will be reflected on our Products Currently on Back-Order page.
If we have no back-ordered products, orders will typically ship the same or the next business day. Late Friday and weekend orders typically ship on Monday. Once an order ships you will be emailed a SHIP NOTIFICATION email (see example below) which contain FedEx tracking numbers linked to the FedEx website. Simply click on these tracking numbers to find the in-transit status of your package(s). If you can't find it in your inbox, be sure to also check your Spam and/or Junk folders.
