You do not need to register your ELEY products for warranty coverage. When you purchase directly from ELEY, we retain the purchase information needed to help verify warranty eligibility, including details such as your customer account, sales order number, purchase date, and applicable product serial number information.

If you ever need product assistance or warranty support, we can use this information to review your purchase history and determine whether the product is eligible for warranty coverage.

Was Your ELEY Product a Gift?

If your ELEY product was purchased as a gift, the original purchaser's information will be associated with the order.

To associate the gift recipient's contact information with the product and its warranty coverage, please complete our Gifted Warranty Registration Form.
