Over time, extended sun exposure may cause some exterior discoloration, but this does not affect the hose’s performance, flexibility, texture, or strength. It does not become sticky or squishy, even in the hottest environments.

"The hose "never" kinks! Follows behind me as I move around the yard. If you have an older Eley hose reel, one without the new brass elbow, make sure you purchase the spring that goes inside the hose or it will kink on the reel itself. The spring allows the hose to make the loop in order to attach to the reel. I also bought the nozzle, it fits in the hand perfectly and has a very nice spray for watering plants. The cleaning attachment works well too but I didn't feel that it has a real powerful stream."
