NOTE: This flange comes with the axle bushing pre-installed. This rear flange was introduced on the Eley garden hose reels in May 2017. The nuts are embedded into the flange body. This flange will retrofit onto any Eley or Rapid Reel garden hose reel starting with the serial numbers listed below:
- Portable, wheeled 1043 models - serial number 300002 and larger.
- Wall-mount 1041 models - serial number 100001 and larger.
- Free-standing 1042 models - serial number 200001 and larger.
