NOTE:  This flange comes with the axle bushing pre-installed.  This front flange was introduced on the Eley garden hose reels in May 2017. This flange will retrofit onto any Eley or Rapid Reel garden hose reel starting with the serial numbers listed below: 

• Portable, wheeled 1043 models - serial number 300002 and larger.
• Wall-mount 1041 models - serial number 100001 and larger. 
• Free-standing 1042 models - serial number 200001 and larger. 

However, if you will be retrofitting this flange onto a reel with the serial numbers older than those listed below, then you will also need to purchase the Eley Hose Strap Assembly, as the hose strap or clamp that came with your hose reel will not work with this flange. 

• Portable, wheeled 1043 models - serial numbers smaller than 344013.
• Wall-mount 1041 models - serial numbers smaller than 177501. 
• Free-standing 1042 models - serial numbers smaller than 218081.
