No. The sale price is already applied to the product prior to adding the item to the cart.

Approximately 3 days prior to the end of a sale, we will display a countdown timer to the exact time the sale ends.

The best way to know when we run a promotion is to sign up for our email or SMS notifications.  Don't worry, we're not the kind of company that is going to flood your inbox with a bunch of unwanted emails.  The sign-up form can be accessed by clicking the following link.

This is an online sale only,

The sale discount is only available on this official ELEY HOSE REELS website; it is not sold anywhere else online. No third-party discount websites. They're not legitimate. We're not sure where coupon websites get their information, but if you see a posting on these types of sites for a discount code on ELEY products...it won't work. We do not generate nor honor any such codes.

All that claim to be us or claim to sell our products are scams and will face legal charges.

Double-check to make sure you have added the hose reel and polyurethane hose from the reel product page to get the bundle discount.

No coupon code is required; just make sure you have added it to your cart. The discount will be automatically added in the cart.

The sale is only valid per completed online order made here on the official ELEY website.

Complete checkout before the sale ends.

The sale is valid for all orders placed on this website with a shipping destination within the USA. No international sales or offers.

At this time, we do not offer standing discounts such as senior, military, first responder, repeat customer, or bulk order pricing.

Instead, we focus on offering a premium product at a fair and consistent price for all customers. Sometimes we run limited-time promotions and encourage customers to sign up for our email list to stay informed about special offers.

Some, yes.  This is a site-wide sale in which the sale price is already discounted off the list price. A gift card code can also be applied to the already discounted price in the shopping cart during checkout.

Most ELEY products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in good condition with all included parts and components. There are no hidden charges and no restocking fees. That's the ELEY Satisfaction Guarantee.

Return shipping terms depend on the destination. For most orders, ELEY emails a prepaid return label once your return request is approved. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. territories are responsible for return shipping costs and labels. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, gift card returns, refund timing, and full instructions.
