If your purchase was within the last 30 days, you can submit a return request using the form below. Successful refunding of your purchase requires using a Return Good Request number (RGR#), which we'll provide, along with complete return instructions in a follow-up email. Please keep in mind that returns must be sent back to our warehouse freight prepaid.
Exchanges are handled by issuing a return and refund for your original purchase and then having you make a new purchase for the desired item. Use the form below to request a return. Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and processed, a refund for the product price will be applied to your credit card within 3 to 5 business days. It's your decision whether you want to immediately purchase the desired item after submitting this form or wait until the refund for your return has been issued.
If you purchased one of our reel kits or a different inlet hose, you will end up with one or more prepackaged components that won't be used in the final hose reel assembly, such as an inlet hose, cart bumper, reel axle, etc. These unused items cannot be returned for credit or exchanges.
